JR comes to Washington after growing up in New York. Barbering was a natural fit for JR as he is passionate about customer service, style and working with his hands.
He trained as a master barber in New York City. New York Barber & Co. is his third successful barbershop and salon.
As an owner and barber, he will always go the extra mile for his customer. For JR, nothing beats the feeling of knowing that each and every customer leaves his chair satisfied, refreshed and looking sharp!

Master Barber
As graduate of Gene Juarez Academy in 2018, Anna has built her career in both salon and barbering environments. She specializes in precision clipper and shear cuts, along with traditional razor shaving. Her approach combines technical skill, attention to detail, and a refined sense of style to create a personalized experience for every client.

Master Stylist & Barber
Olivia's creativity and expertise at her craft will make sure that every client leaves her chair looking and feeling amazing.
She comes to us from Sugar & Shears Salon in Seattle where she has spent the last five years. Her initial training at Gene Juarez gave her an excellent foundation that she continues to build upon; taking classes regularly to learn about new techniques, products and trends in style and color.
